Job summary

King & Bishop seeks an accounting professional to manage accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will process invoices, apply payments, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close while collaborating with Purchasing, Operations, and Sales to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP/AR or general accounting, strong attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems such as Epicor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in AP, AR, or general accounting.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience with invoices, payments, cash receipts, and reconciliations.
• Manufacturing ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter vendor invoices with proper coding and approvals.
• Match invoices to POs and receipts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare AP reports and support payment processing.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Assist with vendor setup and initiate payments.
• Maintain accurate AP records.
