Job summary

Bioworld Merchandising is seeking an experienced Accounting & Accounts Payable Manager to lead and optimize the AP function and support month-end close and financial reporting. This role combines hands-on accounting with AP leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration across Finance, IT, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting and Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, AP controls, and vendor management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with AP automation platforms such as Medius and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities, including financial statement prep, review, and analysis.
• Oversee AP operations; ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely.
• Maintain vendor master data; monitor corporate card activity and reconciliations.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives; partner with IT for system enhancements.
• Prepare documentation for audits and provide timely responses to requests.
