Job summary

Bioworld Merchandising is seeking an experienced Accounting & Accounts Payable Manager to oversee AP and reporting, including corporate card administration. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and support audits.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in progressive accounting roles, strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and ERP/AP automation experience, and you will develop Power BI dashboards to monitor AP performance and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in progressive accounting roles and Accounts Payable.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP automation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Accounts Payable function including corporate credit cards.
• Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Lead AP processing, vendor master data and AP aging reviews.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and publish AP reports.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
