Job summary

Nonni's Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Analyst to support day-to-day financial operations across US and Canadian entities. The role combines payables processing, receivables management, collections support, and account reconciliation in a fast-paced, food & beverage manufacturing environment.

You will code vendor invoices, perform three-way matching, execute payments, monitor AR, and contribute to month-end close and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 3–5 years AP/AR experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite) preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions and with customers/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices; three-way matching with POs.
• Manage AP aging and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Handle AR activities: cash application, collections, disputes, and reporting.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and KPI tracking (DSO).
• Assist with cash forecasting and ad hoc financial analyses.
