As part of the Finished Lubricants Product Strategy organization, the AP/AR Analyst I plays a critical role in managing the direct customer interface throughout the order-to-cash process. This includes oversight of product supply and delivery, order entry, pricing, issue resolution, and invoicing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong networking abilities across internal teams and external customer accounts, while independently resolving order-related issues and managing daily priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing, including order changes and updates.
• Handle buyback credit and supplemental allowance transaction blocks, collaborating cross-functionally for resolution.
• Ensure end-to-end order accuracy—from entry to on-time delivery to invoicing—meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Coordinate product shipments and track progress to confirm on-time arrival at customer locations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Logistics to secure alternative supply options during product shortages or stockouts.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related issues and complaint resolution.
• Partner closely with Sales Representatives to independently manage customer queries and support overall service excellence.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including plants, Product Management, Sales, Logistics, Transportation, and Finance to resolve value chain issues.
• Provide backup support for other roles within the Customer Service Center during high-demand periods or employee absences.
• Enforce loading policy in resolving order discrepancies and transactional issues with customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience
• Data entry and SAP experience
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity with Truck, Rail, and Waterborne transportation methods and INCO terms
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive resolution while contributing to continuous process improvement
