Mobile Communications America, a leading communications solutions provider, seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst for its Central Shared Services team in Spartanburg. The role emphasizes accurate invoice processing, vendor data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and finance to automate AP workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Ensure invoices comply with policies, POs, and contracts.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve pricing/documentation issues.
• Manage weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, credit card, checks).
• Assist with month-end close and AP subledger reconciliations.
• Support process automation and system integrations in AP.
