Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage vendor invoices across multiple entities, including construction-related payables, and to perform AP reconciliations and month-end close. You will code invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate vendor records in a fast-growing energy and infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and code vendor invoices across multiple entities, projects, and cost centers.
• Prepare ACH, wire, and check payments while maintaining vendor records and resolving discrepancies.
• Support construction-related payables, including draw requests, lien waivers, and project cost coding.
• Perform AP reconciliations, prepare aging reports, and assist with journal entries and month-end close.
• Partner with finance and operations teams to maintain accurate records and improve accounting processes.

Accounts Payable Analyst

Salary: $60K-$75K + Discretionary Bonus

• Detail-oriented, independent professional comfortable managing priorities and working with limited supervision.
