Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a senior AOS Leader to drive Lean and Agile adoption across the organization. You will coach leaders, coordinate improvement initiatives, and ensure AOS is deeply embedded in the enterprise.

Responsibilities include expanding the AOS program, aligning leadership, and guiding Improvement Events to achieve performance targets, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Lean and Agile methods with practical application.
• Proven project management across strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Excellent leadership aligned to company leadership practices.
• Deep competence in organizational change management.
• Excellent communication skills for executive contexts.
• Demonstrated success leading without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive AOS expansion, including roadmap and cross-unit coordination.
• Align leadership teams to adopt AOS priorities, methods and templates.
• Coordinate, prioritize and organize Improvement Events.
• Manage strategic challenges to deliver performance and improvement targets.
