Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an Aerospace Operating System (AOS) Site Leader to drive the development and site-wide deployment of AOS, partnering with site and global leaders to align priorities and enable scalable implementation across planning, materials, sourcing and quality.

The role coaches leaders, drives continuous improvement, and optimizes procurement, planning, production and logistics to sustain growth and operational excellence across the site and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and OS principles.
• 8+ years of project management across strategic and tactical changes.
• Experience influencing frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives.
• Willingness to travel to other locations for training or support.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide development and deployment of the Aerospace Operating System (AOS).
• Partner with Site Leader and AOS Global Operations Leader to set roadmap and priorities.
• Coach leaders and drive continuous improvement and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
• Coordinate improvement events, alliances, and AOS courses to create value.
• Support Hoshin Kanri and productivity initiatives across the site.
