Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Aerospace Operating System Site Leader to drive end-to-end transformation across manufacturing operations. You will shape the AOS roadmap, coach leaders, and enable scalable deployment across planning, materials, sourcing, and quality to boost performance.

Qualified leaders capable of coaching teams, fostering Agile and Lean mindsets, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity and quality will thrive in this role at Honeywell Aerospace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean and Operating Systems principles in manufacturing environments.
• 8+ years of project management experience leading strategic and tactical changes.
• Business fluent in English; able to communicate with frontline workers and senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel to other locations for training or project support (limited).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, prioritizes & organizes improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit.
• Manages or leads strategic & operational business challenges.
• Fosters a continuous improvement mindset with methods and tools.
• Supports and/or orchestrates the Hoshin Kanri process for the site.
• Coaches peers & key managers on promotion and use of AOS.
• Acts as a thought leader for an Agile & Lean mindset.
• Drives, motivates & manages AOS qualifications of employees.
• Collaborates with the AOS office to execute the AOS strategy.
