Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a continued leadership role to drive the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) deployment. You will partner with site leaders to set the roadmap, enable scalable implementation across planning, materials, sourcing, and quality, and coach leaders in Lean and agile methods to improve end-to-end supply chain effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles.
• 8+ years of project management experience on strategic and tactical change projects.
• Business fluent in local language and English.
• Experience influencing and communicating with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives.
• Ability to travel to other locations for training or project support (limited).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy AOS across the site and multi-sites.
• Collaborate with Site Leader and AOS Global Operations Leader to set the AOS roadmap.
• Coach leaders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, planning, production, distribution and logistics.
• Promote Agile & Lean mindsets and manage AOS community activities.
