Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist for Aortic & Cardiac Surgery to drive growth across a designated territory. The role involves partnering with hospitals, surgeons, and OR staff to deliver advanced medical technologies and ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will travel regularly to customer sites, provide clinical education, and support case coverage while reporting to the business leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales, preferably within cardiovascular or related specialty.
• Strong understanding of hospital workflows and the cardiovascular clinical environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Aortic & Cardiac Surgery portfolio within the territory to drive sales growth.
• Build strong relationships with cardiac surgeons, vascular surgeons, OR staff, and clinical stakeholders.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures using Medtronic technologies.
• Develop territory plans and achieve sales objectives.
• Deliver product presentations and training for healthcare professionals.
