Job summary

Intervala in Mount Pleasant, PA, is hiring an AOI Operator for the weekend shift to inspect PCBA assemblies with AOI, ensuring customer quality requirements are met. You will log defects, collaborate with SMT Operators and engineers, and help fine-tune AOI programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• IPC-610 certification required within 3-6 months; training provided.
• Excellent visual inspection and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review AOI output to assess PCBA quality.
• Spot recurring defects and collaborate with SMT Operator, Production Coordinator, and Process Engineer to resolve them.
• Log defects in MES system accurately.
• Help fine-tune AOI programs and catch false calls.
• Assist with X-ray inspection as needed.
• Continually develop inspection and AOI skills through hands-on training.
