Qualifications

• Attention to detail to spot small defects.
• Experience with AOI/PCB inspection preferred.
• IPC-610 certification within 3-6 months will be supported.

Responsibilities

• Review AOI output to assess PCBA quality.
• Spot recurring manufacturing defects and collaborate with SMT Operator, Production Coordinator, and Process Engineer to resolve them.
• Catch false calls and help fine‑tune AOI programs.
• Log defects in the MES system with precision.
• Recommend documentation improvements for better quality outcomes.
• Continue developing your inspection and AOI skills through hands‑on training.
• Assist with x‑ray inspection as needed.
