Responsibilities

• Log defects in MES system accurately.
• Help fine-tune AOI programs and catch false calls.
• Assist with X-ray inspection as needed.
• Continually develop inspection and AOI skills through hands-on training.

We are growing and hiring an AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)operator for our weekend shift! As an AOI Operator you’ll be the quality control detective, inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to make sure they meet customer requirements and workmanship standards. Your role is essential to ensuring that our products are as flawless as the technology they support.

You will:

• Review AOI output to assess PCBA quality
• Spot recurring manufacturing defects and collaborate with the SMT Operator, Production Coordinator, and Process Engineer to resolve them
• Catch false calls and help fine-tune AOI programs
• Log defects in the MES system with precision
• Recommend documentation improvements for better quality outcomes
• Continue developing your inspection and AOI skills through hands‑on training
• Assist with x‑ray inspection as needed
