Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden is seeking an Operations Associate II for the 2nd shift to operate AOI machines and inspect PCBs and assemblies for defects. You will perform soldering, desoldering, and rework with precision tools and document results in SAP.

The role requires a high school diploma, U.S. citizenship, and 2+ years of AOI experience; IPC-610/IPC620 or J Standard 001 certifications are preferred. You’ll work in a safety-conscious environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating AOI machines or similar inspection equipment.
• Proven experience repairing and troubleshooting electronic assemblies and PCBs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and repair defects and anomalies.
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs, Parts Lists, and other technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI machines to inspect PCBs and assemblies for defects.
• Inspect and verify product conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Identify and document non-conformances and collaborate with quality and production teams.
• Record inspection results and maintain documentation.
• Perform soldering, desoldering, and rework of SMT components.
• Record and report production data into SAP.
