  • Strong understanding of the US payments ecosystem, including merchant acquiring, card networks, payment gateways, and alternative payment methods.
  • Demonstrated success in complex commercial negotiations, partnership management, and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to leverage data, evaluate partnership economics, develop business cases, and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, build alignment, and drive execution.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of payment regulations, card scheme rules, and cross-border payments is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work across global time zones, including regular coordination with key stakeholders in Asia outside standard US business hours.
