Gibson Dunn, based in New York, is hiring a Litigation Case Manager – Antitrust to oversee and manage complex antitrust litigations and investigations for a major client. This role involves extensive case management duties, client interaction, and coordination with attorneys and support staff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of litigation practices, outstanding communication skills, and a minimum of 7 years in a paralegal or case management role, preferably in antitrust matters.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience as a paralegal or case manager.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform all elements of litigation and case management.
• Oversee and manage a sizable caseload of matters.
• Assist attorneys with Hart‑Scott‑Rodino (HSR) premerger filings.

Skills

Significant substantive knowledge of litigation procedures

Knowledge of FTC and DOJ filing procedures

Exceptional verbal and written communication

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe

Proficiency with document management systems

Ability to learn new software quickly

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Certificate from an ABA‑approved Paralegal training program

PMP certification
