Responsibilities

• Perform all elements of litigation case management, including file management, discovery, and trial activities.
• Oversee a sizable caseload of complex matters and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead case calendaring systems to track filings and distribute information.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and summaries of case activities.
• Serve as client liaison, providing updates on case status.
• Coordinate junior paralegals and support staff on large matters as needed.
• Interact with courts, agencies, witnesses, and other firms as required.
• Lead discovery and witness preparation support efforts.
• Provide guidance to junior paralegals on procedures.
