Job summary

LeoForce in Philadelphia seeks a mid-level antitrust litigation attorney to represent clients in all stages of class action matters. You will draft filings, conduct complex research, manage depositions, and participate in trial and appellate work.

The ideal candidate has a JD, is admitted to the bar, and at least three years of antitrust experience with a track record of success in class actions. Excellent writing, negotiation, and multi-case management are essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust law, with a focus on class action litigation.
• Proven trial experience and a strong record of success in antitrust class action cases.
• Extensive experience taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
