The ideal candidate has a JD, bar admission, at least three years of antitrust experience, proven trial skill, and the ability to manage multiple matters.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar.
• Minimum 3 years in antitrust law, focusing on class actions.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of antitrust class action litigation, including pre-filing, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Conduct and manage complex legal research and analysis related to antitrust laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial proceedings.
• Advise clients on potential antitrust implications of business practices.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to manage cases efficiently.
