Job summary

Jobot, a leading national law firm in Philadelphia, seeks an experienced antitrust associate to represent clients in class action litigation from pre-filing through appeal. You will conduct complex research, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions and trials.

The ideal candidate has a JD, bar admission, at least three years of antitrust experience, proven trial skill, and the ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in all stages of antitrust class action litigation, including pre-filing investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal.
• Conducting and managing complex legal research and analysis related to antitrust laws and regulations.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in trial proceedings.
• Advising clients on the potential antitrust implications of their business practices.
• Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective management of antitrust class action cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in antitrust law, with a focus on class action litigation.
• Proven trial experience and a strong record of success in antitrust class action cases.
• Extensive experience taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year
