Job description

Prominent boutique litigation firm in the city has an immediate need for an associate in its antitrust litigation practice. This immediate opening provides an opportunity to participate substantively in all stages of complex federal multi-district litigation from pre-complaint investigation through appeal.

This practice group has successfully litigated groundbreaking cases concerning the intersection of intellectual property law and trade regulation and continues to build on that success. Attorneys in the antitrust practice primarily represent individual plaintiffs in complex multi-district cases pending in federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country including, for example, the N.D. Cal., N.D. Ill., D. Mass., and E.D. Pa.

Qualifications

• Law school class years 2018-2023 (although we would consider other class years for the right candidate)
• General litigation experience, ideally in federal court (substantive experience in antitrust law not necessary)
• Superior academic credentials and legal research and writing skills
• Willingness to travel periodically within the U.S.
• Outstanding research and writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities. We seek a colleague who exhibits initiative, foresight, and proactivity in undertaking a broad spectrum of tasks.
