Job summary

BCL Legal represents an AmLaw Top 100 firm seeking a junior to mid-level Antitrust Associate in New York. The role involves handling discovery, depositions, complex briefs and coordinating with experts, while contributing to case strategy.

You will also manage day-to-day activities, supervise junior colleagues and support matters before the FTC, DOJ and state attorneys general, within a collaborative, development-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Antitrust litigation experience.
• Barred in New York or DC and in good standing.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting complex briefs and working with experts.
• Day-to-day management, including supervising junior associates and leading HR discovery process.
• Supporting matters before the FTC, DOJ and state attorneys general.

An AmLaw Top 100 firm are looking to grow out their Antitrust practice with a junior to mid-level Associate. They are currently moving on an upwards trajectory and have recently opened a number of new offices as part of this growth. • Involvement in drafting discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting complex briefs and working with experts
• Day-to-day management, including supervising junior associates and leading hr discovery process
• Supporting matters before the FTC, DOJ and state attorneys general
