Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced employment litigation attorney for an AMLAW 200 firm engagement in Philadelphia. You will manage all phases of litigation, conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings and discovery, and represent clients in depositions and trials.

The ideal candidate has a JD, active license in the state, 5+ years of employment litigation experience, and strong writing, speaking, and negotiation abilities to secure favorable settlements.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Proficient in legal research, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to persuasively argue cases and clearly explain legal concepts to clients.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.

• Conduct thorough legal research to identify relevant laws, precedents, and facts to support our clients' cases.
• Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other court filings.
