Advocates Legal Recruiting represents a premier AmLaw 100 client in search of an Antitrust Associate. The position focuses on civil litigation, DOJ/FTC conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters across multiple offices.

You will drive briefing, discovery, and strategy in federal court, support investigations, and collaborate with senior lawyers on case theory, economic evidence, and agency advocacy.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of antitrust experience from a top firm, clerkship, or agency.
• Substantive antitrust knowledge required.
• Experience with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC service is a plus.
• Strong writing, sharp analytical judgment, and excellent academic record.
