Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cellular or molecular biology, immunology, cell biology or related field and 2–4 years lab experience.
• Flow cytometry and tissue culture experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments with varying complexity using multi-color Flow Cytometry.
• Analyze data using FlowJo and FCS Express; document results per SOPs.
• Transfect and express antibodies in cell lines; culture hybridomas and other cell lines.
• Operate automated liquid handling and other lab automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot, prioritize tasks and manage daily lab operations.
• Train junior scientists in techniques and processes.
• Meet deadlines and plan follow-up experiments with minimal guidance.
