• Experience with data analysis and presenting data at lab meetings.

Responsibilities

• Transfect and express antibodies in cell lines; maintain aseptic culture.
• Execute multi-color flow cytometry experiments.
• Analyze data with FlowJo, FCS Express; document results per SOPs.
• Assist with protein conjugation and molecular biology tasks.
• Plan follow-up experiments and prioritize workload.
