Medical Devices Company in San Diego seeks a mid-level Scientist specialized in flow cytometry and tissue culture to join the Antibody Technologies team. You will contribute to monoclonal antibody development, perform flow cytometry tests, and support hybridoma work and recombinant protein expression.

The role requires hands-on experience with flow cytometry, cell culture, and data analysis, with responsibility for experiments, data presentation, and adherence to lab SOPs.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years lab experience with flow cytometry and tissue culture.
• Experience in monoclonal antibody development is a plus.
• Ability to set up and execute experiments with data presentation.

Responsabilités

• Execute experiments with multi-color flow cytometry.
• Analyze data and report results per SOPs and documentation requirements.
• Transfection and expression of antibodies and recombinant proteins in cell lines; culture of various lines for testing.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cell culture standards.
• Prioritize workload and troubleshoot to meet timelines.
• Assist with scheduling and maintenance duties within the lab.
