Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-color flow cytometry experiments with aseptic technique.
• Analyze data using FlowJo/FCS Express; document results per SOPs.
• Transfect cells for antibody expression and maintain hybridoma cultures.
• Troubleshoot experiments and prioritize workload to meet timelines.
• Present data at lab meetings and coordinate with other work streams.
