Job summary

SystImmune, Inc. is seeking a Scientist to advance antibody discovery in a dynamic biopharmaceutical setting. You will design campaigns from immunization to lead delivery and perform high-throughput B-cell sorting, FACS validation, and ELISA/BLI assays to characterize candidates.

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• 0–2 years of industry experience.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in B-cell sorting and screening via flow cytometry, ELISA and bio-layer interferometry.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute antibody discovery campaigns from immunization to lead delivery.
• Perform high throughput sorting to isolate specific B cell populations.
• Design, execute, and analyze FACS experiments to validate and characterize antibodies.
• Develop, optimize, and perform assays (ELISA, BLI, flow cytometry) for antibody screening and specificity testing.
• Conduct yeast display library screening to identify and analyze antibody candidates.
• Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and strategy.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to lab organization.
