Job summary

RTX is seeking an Antenna and Microwave Engineer in the United States to apply RF/Microwave theory to phased array architectures and AESAs. You will design, simulate, and test components and subsystem level hardware in a hands-on role that supports production activities.

The ideal candidate has a solid academic background in microwave engineering and practical experience with RF testing tools such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and PNAs. Onsite in MA, with potential travel and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with at least two years of related RF/Microwave engineering experience.
• Experience in antenna and AESA design is preferred.
• Strong hands-on testing with RF measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design of RF microwave components and phased array applications
• Integration and test of component level and system level phased array hardware
• Some travel to integration sites, plus customer and subcontractor facilities, may be required
