Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking an Antenna and Microwave Engineer to apply RF/Microwave theory and design to phased arrays, AESAs, CCAs, and system components. You will work on design, analysis, and hands-on testing across hardware and simulations.

The role requires collaboration with production, travel for integration, and clear communication of technical results; active DoD clearance may be required and U.S. citizenship is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and at least two years of relevant RF/Microwave experience
• Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics' Xpedition and analytical tools such as Matlab

Responsibilities

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications
• Integration and test of component- and system-level phased array hardware
• Travel to integration sites and with customer and subcontractor facilities as required
