Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in annual/mid-level/lead annual fundraising with demonstrated project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategies to secure and steward mid-level ($1,000+) and lead annual ($10,000+) gifts.
• Focus on discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to build major gift prospects.
• Bridge regular annual giving with major gifts to ensure a consistent revenue stream.
• Nurture relationships with donors who can give more significantly in the future.
