Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Hospital - Orange is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Officer who identifies, evaluates, cultivates, and solicits principal gift donors as part of strategic fundraising. In partnership with the Chief Philanthropy Officer, you will craft proposals and drives initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

The role also leads budget planning and donor management to grow giving. You will join a team committed to patient-centered care and the mission of serving the community,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in philanthropy or fundraising.
• Experience with campaigns, grants, annual giving and major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and cultivate current and prospective principal gift donors.
• Collaborate with the Chief Philanthropy Officer to craft proposals and asks.
• Participate in budget prep, program evaluation and strategic planning; manage donor portfolio to retain and upgrade giving.
