Job summary

St. Francis House, located in downtown Boston, seeks an Annual Giving Officer to lead the agency’s annual fundraising, manage a 200-donor portfolio, and collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving to grow revenue year over year.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in annual giving, strong donor relations, and experience using donor databases, including Raiser's Edge. Hybrid schedule with in-office start and later remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years in annual giving or frontline fundraising.
• Experience securing 4-figure gifts; 5-figure gifts a plus.
• Strong donor stewardship and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the agency’s annual giving strategy.
• Manage portfolio of 200 donor prospects and solicit gifts.
• Schedule and conduct 8–10 donor meetings monthly.
• Support calendar-year-end and fiscal-year-end fundraising efforts.
• Attend events and engage donors as part of frontline team.
• Maintain accurate donor interactions and reporting.
