Assistant Director, Class Giving & Leadership Gifts

Job summary

Agence PROvidence seeks a leadership annual giving professional to secure gifts and grow donor support for the Fund for Providence College (FFPC), with primary responsibility for assigned class-year cohorts, including reunion-related groups.

Develop and execute personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies designed to increase leadership annual giving, strengthen donor loyalty, and advance class-based fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Three to five years of advancement, alumni engagement, or related fundraising experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven donor strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Zoom/Teams.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in higher education fundraising preferred.
• Experience in personal one-on-one solicitation fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow leadership giving and build a pipeline of leadership annual giving relationships within cohorts. Leadership giving potential with a focus on raising dollars and donors through FFPC.
• Execute personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies designed to increase leadership annual giving, strengthen donor loyalty, and advance class-based fundraising goals.
• Collaborate with Advancement colleagues to leverage insights from Alumni Relations and Research & Pipeline Development to inform class-based fundraising strategies.
• Perform all other duties as may be required.
