Job summary

Handel and Haydn Society is seeking an Annual Giving and Donor Engagement Manager to lead donor development efforts in Boston. This hybrid role blends strategy, communications, and data analysis to foster meaningful relationships with supporters and grow annual fund revenue.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns, cultivate new donors including youth groups, oversee operations in Donate2 and Tessitura, and partner with Marketing to maximize impact at concerts and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of fundraising experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Event management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana, Tessitura.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel annual giving, stewardship, and engagement strategies.
• Grow individual donor base including H-squared and youth programs.
• Oversee day-to-day fundraising operations and Donate2 platform.
• Analyze campaigns to improve donor acquisition and retention.
• Lead development communications with Marketing for campaigns.
• Plan and execute donor cultivation events with budgeting and logistics.
• Grow Continuo monthly giving program.
• Maintain Tessitura records, gifts, pledges, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Patron Experience on ticketing and inquiries.
• Support subscription concerts with hospitality and audience experience.
