Job summary

The Annual Fund Manager at United Food Bank is responsible for strategy, execution, and performance of the annual giving program. Reporting to the Director of Individual Giving, this role oversees broad-based donor fundraising, revenue goals, acquisition, retention, and growth.

You'll manage direct mail, email fundraising, digital appeals, and other campaigns, using donor data and testing to improve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business development or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in annual giving, direct response fundraising, philanthropy, or related field.
• Experience managing direct mail, email fundraising, digital fundraising, or multi-channel donor campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with donor data, fundraising metrics, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual giving strategy aligned with goals.
• Forecast revenue, monitor performance, and report against plan.
• Lead donor acquisition, renewal, retention, reactivation, and upgrade strategies.
• Manage annual fund calendar for broad-based donors.
• Coordinate with Marketing on donor-centered campaigns.
• Oversee data accuracy and donor segmentation with teams.
