You will manage multi-million-dollar direct mail and digital campaigns, cultivate individual donors, and collaborate across departments to align fundraising with programmatic goals.

The role requires 5+ years in fundraising (or 8 years with no degree), a Bachelor's or higher, and potential CFRE/CAP credentials. Hybrid schedule; salary $95,056–$100,638.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of fundraising experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising, development, or related fields with a proven track record in individual giving and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual giving strategy to maximize donor support.
• Oversee multi-million-dollar direct mail and digital giving initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and program teams for aligned fundraising
• Create and manage an annual campaigns calendar, write appeals, and coordinate delivery.
• Lead donor recognition and stewardship programs to foster long-term partnerships.
