Job summary

United Food Bank is seeking an Annual Fund Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our annual giving program in Mesa, AZ. You will work with the Director of Individual Giving to set revenue goals, acquire and retain donors, and grow giving through multi-channel campaigns.

You will manage direct mail, email fundraising, digital appeals, and donor communications, using data, segmentation, and testing to improve results while aligning fundraising with our brand and mission to alleviate hunger.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in annual giving or related fundraising roles.
• Strong understanding of donor acquisition, retention, segmentation, and upgrades.
• Experience using data to evaluate results and improve fundraising.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual giving strategy.
• Manage annual fund revenue goals and forecast performance.
• Oversee direct mail, email fundraising, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing on donor-centered campaigns.
• Monitor donor segmentation and testing for improvements.
