The Arc of Northern Virginia is seeking an Individual Giving & Engagement Coordinator to support annual giving campaigns, donor stewardship, and non-cash gifts. Under the supervision of the CEO, you will blend fundraising, donor communications, and relationship management to boost donor retention and upgrade giving levels.

You will collaborate with Development, Communications, Finance, program staff, and events teams to coordinate donor-facing materials, reporting in NEON, and donor recognition.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or admin coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication, persuasive fundraising messaging.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with donor databases/CRMs; Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Professional, friendly interpersonal skills and mission alignment.

Responsabilités

• Assist annual giving campaigns and donor outreach across channels.
• Track progress and report results using NEON donor CRM.
• Coordinate donor engagement, acknowledgments, and impact reporting.
• Maintain donor records in NEON; support gift processing and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics for donor briefings and events with staff.
• Provide volunteer coordination support for mailings and events.
