Texas Health Resources in Arlington, TX is seeking a Senior Director of Donor Engagement to lead the Foundation's donor-facing enterprise, unifying communications, donor relations, events, Mission Experience, and the annual fund behind a cohesive strategy.

Reporting to the President, this role drives engagement, builds relationships with Trustees and senior leaders, and ensures cross-functional execution from strategy to measurable results while fostering a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7 years progressively responsible experience in fund development, nonprofit management, or related field with leadership experience.
• CFRE - Certified Fund Raising Executive preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Foundation's donor-facing strategy across communications, donor relations, events, Mission Experience, and annual fund.
• Set measurable goals and standards for donor-facing functions and drive fundraising growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and ensure accountability across teams.
• Build systems and processes for clear, efficient donor engagement and seamless donor journeys.
• Cultivate relationships with Trustees, donors, senior executives, and other stakeholders.
