Job summary

Monash University is seeking an Annual Giving Officer to plan, execute, and evaluate annual giving campaigns. You will segment audiences, manage campaign data, and coordinate activities with Advancement Services to improve donor engagement and fundraising results.

You will translate fundraising strategy into actionable campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute to increasing donor participation and alumni giving. Strong data skills and collaboration with campus partners are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Four years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Experience with data systems, spreadsheets, or databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaign-specific data for Annual Giving initiatives and ensure data accuracy for appeals, crowdfunding, and Day of Giving.
• Coordinate with Advancement Services to meet data requirements and reporting alignment.
• Translate campaign needs into data requests and specifications; validate data against official records.
• Develop, maintain, and execute audience segmentation strategies and audience lists for donor acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Prepare year-over-year reports measuring donor participation, revenue, and campaign performance.
• Plan and manage multiple campaigns and coordinating activities with internal and campus partners.
