Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience; an advanced degree may be substituted for the required experience.
• Ability to analyze donor data and generate reports.
• Experience with data systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual giving campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with Advancement Services for data requirements and reporting alignment.
• Translate campaign needs into data requests and specifications.
• Validate data against official records and maintain data documentation.
• Develop audience lists and segmentation frameworks for donor outreach.
• Prepare campaigns timelines, project plans, and operational schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve participation.
