You will supervise a team, oversee direct mail and digital solicitations, and align donor communications with marketing and events to maximize impact.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and ethical fundraising are essential to advance our mission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading annual fund or donor programs.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue goals.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategy to grow annual gifts $1–$4,999.
• Oversee direct mail, digital, and one-to-one solicitations.
• Supervise a development team.
• Coordinate calendar with marketing, clinics, and events.
• Draft and approve fundraising messaging.
