Job summary

God’s Pantry Food Bank in Lexington, KY seeks an Annual Fund and Data Operations Officer to lead the digital fundraising strategy and annual giving programs. You will manage donor data, segment audiences, and collaborate with Marketing, Community Engagement, and Programs to maximize fundraising impact.

The role requires 5+ years in development, experience with Raiser's Edge, and strong data analysis skills. This is a full-time position in our Development department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of development experience, including digital fundraising, direct mail, and stewardship.
• Experience with large donor data sets and analyzing data to improve fundraising outcomes.
• Full computer proficiency with Microsoft Office; Raiser’s Edge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct mail and digital fundraising strategies with external partners.
• Develop segmentation to engage new constituencies, renewals, and reactivations.
• Oversee budget for direct mail and digital fundraising; monitor ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to align messaging across channels.
• Ensure tracking, reporting, and analysis of campaigns and fundraising appeals.
• Identify compelling stories and programs to feature in fundraising communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
