Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate degree with 3+ years in sheltering and 1+ year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma plus 5 years in sheltering with 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rescue/Transfer and licensing programs and partnerships.
• Plan, schedule, train, and supervise Community Partnerships staff.
• Manage budgeted expenses for partnerships and pet licensing.
• Develop SOPs, budgets, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate medical needs with veterinary staff and ensure welfare.
• Lead emergency operations and engage volunteers in lifesaving work.
