Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager to drive sales of animal health products and equipment within an assigned Florida territory. You will plan calls, select products, and tailor solutions for veterinarians and clinics to grow market share and revenue.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–3 years in sales (animal health preferred), strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Opportunity to collaborate with MWI teams and product specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
• One to three years of relevant industry or sales experience, preferably in animal health, is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills and a proven ability to sell are necessary.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Call on target, current and prospective customers to generate sales and market share for MWI.
• Use MWI email, promotions in Outlook, and Territory Manager website for sales support.
• Understand veterinarians’ and clinics’ needs and tailor products and services accordingly.
• Establish relationships with veterinarians and clinics.
• Review sales analysis and reports for planning.
• Maintain a written call cycle aligned with territory changes.
• Share information with ISR and Regional Manager; track account details.
• Stay current on full line of MWI products and services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of MWI programs, promotions and products.
• Create account profiles for customers within the territory.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and internal requests.
• Demonstrate new products and promotions to customers.
• Submit reports on time and meet sales budgets by territory and manufacturer.
