Responsibilities

• Maintains volunteer names and records at the distribution center.
• Recruits volunteers if slots are not filled; finds replacements as needed.
• Maintains statistics and follow-up for angels at all locations.
• Assists with an Appreciation Program for the Christmas Program employees and volunteers.
• Contacts corporate sponsors on the number of angels they require, preparing materials and angels for delivery.
• Answers all telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner.
